COMPLETED-Parent’s of Minnie DINGLEY- m- BISSELL and Cole

I am trying to determine (for a cousin) the Parents of the Minnie DINGLEY who married Wilfred BISSELL in 1904 and then Sidney COLE IN 1919.
The problem is that in the 1891/1901 census two Minnies are shown:
1 b1883 to Joseph and Elizabeth and the other b1884 to James and Elizabeth both of Spring Hill, Hasbury.
(The descendant of James is listed on the BCC Trees)
Both James and Joseph are descendants of William DINGLEY b.cir 1755.

This suggests 1983 is correct one but a marriage look up would possibly determine as one father a Blacksmith and other a Coal Miner

Joseph & Elizabeth had a daughter Maud so this also points to 1983 Minnie

Joseph Dingley who married Elizabeth is possibly already on bcc ( no Marriage) and ties up with Joseph Dingley born 1825 already on bcc.

The marriage is noted as 1880 on 1911 Census which is 4 years after birth of first son

Also in the 1881 census: a SHEPHERD S In Law Louisa SHEPHERD and Niece Mary Ann SHEPHERD was living with the family.
