i was wondering if anyone could help me with a look up of
Robert Phillipson b. 1796 and his son Robert Phillipson born 1833/1835 living in Cumberland in the 1841 census, possibly Penrith.
I am trying to find other members of the family who were lving there.

If you are interested there are 2 other family members for Robert Phillipson. Peter Phillipson born 1843 / Christened 26-04-1843 / Died 17-06-1844 and Margaret Phillipson born 1845 / Christened 11-11-1846. Margaret is shown in the 1861 census as a household servant aged 15 in Penrith.

Sorry you already know about Margaret. The ???? is Burgh-by-Sands and Mary's maiden name is Moriesby.
Have you got Roberts parents??? If not they are Thomas Phillipson and Mary Graham who were married 17-12-1777 at Burgh-by Sands.
