New Aussie Prime Minister

Post by MarkCDodd »

We now have a red head welsh lady as our PM.

She replaced Kevin Rudd this morning after the whole of Australia let the Labor Party know that he smelled worse than bucket of dirty nappies.

I don't know if she will win the next election but she has more of a chance than the useless lump of flesh she had replaced.

Mmm....Kevin Rudd apologised to the aboriginees for injustices done.

I wonder if Julian Gillard will make us say sorry to all the red heads we have picked on over the years :P

It is good she had bright red hair. Helps remind us of her communist tendencies.

I don't think Native Australians had red hair till us White Fellas arrived.

I have see a few with a very dark red, not the fire red like our new PM.

Common nickname for an Aussie with red hair is "Bluey".

The wife of the Prime Minister has always been called "First Lady".

The partner of our first lady PM has opted for "First Bloke" :P

Not only is she our first woman PM, she is the first unmarried one and the first without children.

It should be interesting to see how she goes over the next few months leading up the election.

Congratulations on your new PM.

If we get a woman prime minister in Denmark next time round, she'll be Neil Kinnock's daughter in law, so there is a tenuous welsh red headed link there.
She may just have scuppered her chances though, as her hubby, Stephen Kinnock, doesn't pay tax in Denmark, as he works in Switzerland - sounds like one strange family life they have.
One redeeming factor - Stephen Kinnock speaks good danish!
