Using BMD certificates I know that my great great grandfathers name was Alfred Stephen Jeffries and was born in Crayford Kent.
From a census, I know that he married a Harriet.

Checking FREEBMD I see that he was married Jun 1886 and there is a Harriet Rosina Kempton.

GREAT - or so I thought!

Checking other family trees on the internet, they reference her marrying a Jesse William Brazier.... which is another name on the same page of the register! ARGHHH!

This means there must have been another Harriet, that Alfred Stephen Jeffries married but shes not on the FREEBMD transcription?

Looks like George Wiliam Chandler married Julia Amelia Summers according to the 1891 census....

I agree FarSide, on the image it looks like 657 not 667 to me.
