1871 census - what relation!

In the 1871 Census there is a Mark Elsden born aged 17 in Newmarket Cambridgeshire

Could someone kindly tell me his relation to the head - who I think is William and his wife Eliza

Hmmm on second glance - I dont know where that Frederick Elsden Grandson fits in!

Found in FreeBMD - Mar 1869 birth - Newmarket but cant quite work out where it fits...
