Got my grubby hands on the Stoke On Trent Parish registers....(1300 pages!).

I believe Isaac's father is Edward Ford, born in Booden (Boothden), a little town in the Potteries in Staffordshire on the 9th Dec 1805 to a William and Prudence.

Isaac can be found with his father in the 1841 census in Stoke On Trent and that entry supports the 1805 birth year.

I will order his death cert just to confirm it as the 1851 census indicates 1813.....

He is the only Edward Ford born to a William Ford in the Parish Registers so it must be him....

His siblings include an Isaac so that lends more credence to this being the right pedigree for my Isaac Ford.

Now I am trying to figure out Ann Sewell who looks like may have had several bastards....
