Just thought I'd say hello and introduce myself.

I'm a Bilston girl and have lived here all my life.I had to join when I noticed you have a special Black Country board!
I've been interested in my family tree for about 5 or 6 years now and many of my ancestors came from the Black Country,especially on my father's side.I can certainly trace back to the 1790's with my dad's lot.
My mother's side of the family were a bit more 'exotic' than my dad's and some came from Gloucester to Bilston in the 1850's....other's,I think,came from Wales.

I'll keep looking in from time to time.
