Erskine Morgan b.abt.1838 is mentioned on BCC a number of times in Census
and in notes.
In 1851: She is a 'domestic servant' age 12, with Samuel WESTON(1825) and

1871 at the 'New Inn' and 'Malt Shovel' Rowley Regis with William TIBBETTS
1826 - 1902 (Linell) and family.
Erskine is not on BCC in her own right, but a sibling could be: Samuel MORGAN 1840.
Could this be Erskine in 1841 - Cradley Heath
