There are several Hannah living with a James Nock in Staffordshire in the 1841 census.
That does not help much in determining where/when she was born (unless you know thier children and they are with them in 1841) as we have no proof of her age and we also do notknow if she lived that long.
You will have to troll through the Saint Michael, Lichfield Parish Register and see if it gives any more clues.
