Are you a couch potato or fitness freak?

Well which are you?

Is your body a temple which you look after with good food and exercise
or
are you attached to the remote control and the sofa

I walk 15 minutes every morning and evening to and from the bus stop and twice a week i go to the sports school.
I play tennis in the winter once a week and then have a few beers at the bar afterwards.
In fact i have a few beers every night but i say everything in moderation and steer well clear of the hard stuff.
A football manager told me when i was a youth that a few beers could always be sweated out but the hard stuff like whisky and gin affects your brain cells!! Keep of it!!

Most beers are so full of carbohydrates they are a menace.

What if you had drunk the hard stuff for fifty years, what would the difference be.

Can I be both?

I go to Pilates classes twice a week and in between I lounge on the sofa and watch reality tv and anything made in the UK. Except tonight when I am allowing my son to watch some stupid football team from London :-( No taste some folk.

I'm with you, gardener. I do Tai Chi every day, and then when I'm home just retire to the couch with my laptop. I'm a "go or complete stop" sort of person.

Food? Hmmm... I do healthy stuff and afterwards eat at MacDonalds :(
