I walk 15 minutes every morning and evening to and from the bus stop and twice a week i go to the sports school. I play tennis in the winter once a week and then have a few beers at the bar afterwards. In fact i have a few beers every night but i say everything in moderation and steer well clear of the hard stuff. A football manager told me when i was a youth that a few beers could always be sweated out but the hard stuff like whisky and gin affects your brain cells!! Keep of it!!
Rob..........Rubbish about whiskey..... I drank beer every night for 50yrs...... now enjoy my whiskey in house.....why do they say beer belly? that bloke the football manager, is talking a load of crap the stupid man, had he ever heard of Winston Churchill ? Mike.

What if you had drunk the hard stuff for fifty years, what would the difference be.
I go to Pilates classes twice a week and in between I lounge on the sofa and watch reality tv and anything made in the UK. Except tonight when I am allowing my son to watch some stupid football team from London No taste some folk.

I'm with you, gardener. I do Tai Chi every day, and then when I'm home just retire to the couch with my laptop. I'm a "go or complete stop" sort of person.
Food? Hmmm... I do healthy stuff and afterwards eat at MacDonalds
