How Bizare?

Post by grangers14 »

I ordered a BIRTH certificate last week from the GRO, it arrived and confirmed my thoughts.
Now today I have received a DEATH certificate for the same person and the same date? I didnt order one? :?
I have emailed them to see what has happend.
Strange!

Maybe they are feeling guilty about the upcoming price increase.

"Buy a birth, get a free death! Limited time only!"

I think Sandwell and Dudley are excellent and Birmingham registry office is too
and they are all so helpful.

Wow thats good!

Looking properly.
The birth certificate is exactly the same as the death cert. Only the date, birth one copied 4th March and death 5th March.
The death cert says, George Sydney, boy, Sex and age, William Hall, Occupation is Margaret Maria Hall formery Foster! Cause of death is Printer. LOL.
Thats where on a birth cert has Fathers occupation.
It seems to me they did another one but copied onto a death cert rather than birth. It also has the same initial, PC next to the stamp so it must have been the same person too!
A booby by them.
Jo
