So the service that costs them the least to perform, an online order with correct reference, is the only one that increases in price.

This must be by far the most common form of ordering and is now being used to subsidise the others.

Ive seen it in lots of places and a shame
I wonder what the local offices will do?
Our local office used to do ask questions via email before you order, but have seen that option isnt there tonight, just the number to ring.
But we want them... and will pay!

Well I am not happy....I buy a huge amount of certifs....and I think that is a huge
increase...and as Mark says esp if we give the Vol no etc it should be less not more!
