Well I am on it all day and I am like the side of a house!

Went for a walk today and my bones creaked!
going to walk at least 30 mins every day
and no wine tomoz...tum ti tum.... :grin:

I have taken a leaf out of Northern Lass book and been walking again this morning , the weather was lovely and sunny and managed to walk for i hour and enjoyed it more than my poor feet did . :grin:
