Ok got contact with a Billingham descendant...in fact as we speak he is probably
winging his way towards us on his trusty stead :grin: :wink:

I want to know if this one b 1842

1851 as a James born Kingswinford about 1836 with parents James and Pen.

These are all chain makers, according to the image they have grand dau. age 2 Mary Ann ?????? can't make it out. Could be Capewell.

There's a Marriage at Old Swinford 1839 for James Billingham and Mary Ann Poppett.

do we have the 1901 and 1911 pls for our James with dorothy
any Billinghams near or with him as a clue

cos he seems to put Kingswinford and Cradley heath as places of birth
