spiders?
open spaces?
Water?

I have a fear of drowning!
what an awful thing that would be
are any of our ships, boats that safe!!

I think these ferries are such a worry
esp after the ones you hear about!

I would prefer to fly everytime :(

I have a fear of flying also of drowning I prefer to keep my feet firmly on the ground thanks.

I agree the ferry is a worry but I go on them , I look at it this way I have more chance of swimming to dry land than I have of sprouting wings and flying . :roll: :wink:

I hate watching these potholers and people having MRI scans on t.v. I'd just hate being closed in.

My Mother In Law.

She is not mentally well and has mutliple personalities. Some I get on with but others don't like me much :)

Fear or anxiety is a distressing emotion aroused by impending danger, evil, or pain.Whether the threat is real or imagined the feeling or condition of being afraid ior anxious is a powerful emotion.
Caress your fears and angst. Embrace them.
That's what the Shrink told me about 15 years ago when suffering from Penopause and you know what? It helps.
