Is this Miriam Rose born 1893 on bcc ?
Lightfoot family is a bit of a mystery as Frank was son of Evered Oliver Lightfoot born 1861 Staffordshire and Zillah Parsons born 1861 the daughter of Jabez Parsons born 1833 and Margaret Roper.
If one looks at Census records under Jabez Parsons, Evered Lightfoot disappears on 1891 Census and Zillah is shown as unmarried. On 1901and 1911 Census shown as married but no sign of Evered.
On 1881 Census Evered is shown as lodger at Blackheath Police Station ( a police constable).
Where was Evered in 1891,1901 and 1911
