I looked at 1914 Map and Coombes House was right next door to Steel Works.
I worked there in 1964 to 1968 When it was Stewarts and Lloyds and ran for Halesowen in County Championship which was held at Sports Ground which was just about where Coombes House stood

Wasn't there a Farm there Mumbles? The 1851 Census has a Coombs Mill with a Benjamin Wakeman Farmer of 40 Acres :!: Coombs House Anne Parkes Farmer with just 3 Acres. Hard to imagine now :!: Linell.
