*Archive?* Death Register District?

Post by Paul-E »

I have someone living (in census) and (I'm hoping) died in BlockHouse Worcestershire.
I am having difficulty finding death record..............If he did die in BlockHouse were there register offices in BlockHouse? If no facilities to register death in Block House where would the nearest district be where death could be registered please?

Thanks for input dudleylad.
I might be totally off the mark here but when I look on Ancestry they give a district where registration took place i.e Evesham, Stow on the wold etc. I just wondered if the district BlockHouse would appear if a death was able to be registered there? Nothing at moment on anywhere I've tried. I know in 1841 he was at an address in Blockhouse at age 60 I'm assuming he has died there ( though assuming is something I probably shouldn't do!) but would like to check obvious first. I have ordered two wrong certificates at the moment so trying not to waste more money
