This is confusing who is he?

On the 1851 as shown below he is with wife Elizabeth
Possible marriage
1850 WITHERS Henry HODGKINS Elizabeth Dudley, St Thomas Dudley Register Office 204/010/74

Now it isnt Henry son of John Withers as that Henry marries Mary Parsons and is with her on 51 and 61 and
marriage for them checks out
