Dublin Records Office Request please

Post by Sarah_Carney »

Hello,

I would like details of a marriage between Joseph Walsh, and Catherine Clavin. In the 1911 census they had been married 35 years, so I believe they would have got married in 1876. I'm almost 100% sure they would have been married in Westmeath.

I would be very grateful to anyone who can help.

:D

Many thanks

Sarah

Hi Sarah,

Not sure if this is of any use to you, but there was only one church marriage registered in 1876 where one partner was named Catherine Clavin, and this was in Westmeath.

However, a similar search for Joseph Walsh didn't return any results in Westmeath.
