The only Henry I can see that fits birth wise, and in the right area with a Father Richard is,
1851. Brettell Lane, Kingswinford.
Richard Andrews 27. Journeyman Carpenter. born Tinbury, Worcs. Tenbury on image.
Eliza Andrews 33. born Ludlow.
Henry Andrews 12. born: Worcester.
Mary Andrews 11. born: Worcester.
Ann Andrews 7. born: Worcester.
Eliza Andrews 3. Kidderminster.

This is a long shot. Richard could have changed to making wheels.
Could Eliza have been a Smart.

Is this marriage only going to work if it a second marriage?
Marriage 1846
then census 1851 children 12,11 and 7? Youngest could be named after mother!
