Bad day at the Office!!!

Post by Wolvie »

Work - where you expect pressure was bad enough, the problems the personalities the politics!

Well my friends, it was as nothing compared with the afternoon that followed. Rushing home throught the crowds and ice to be there when the aerial company were starting to put up our digital aerial to get us ready for the changeover!!!!!!!!!!!

Her majesty was ensconsed on her throne dictating to anyone that would listen and trying to ensure that the world moved according to Jan.

I was delegated with the task of overseeing the workmen (peasants) and ensuring that they did their duty. I must report that I failed in my task and her royal northerness was forced to decend from her throne (pit) to rectify the situation.

After informing them whose house it was and who was in fact the boss, she ensured that their henious crimes were rectified and they did as they were told!!!!

On the departure of the menials (poor sods) it was then my turn to inccur her wrath. I would just like to say that they left 3 hours ago but I have been suffering every minute since.

The moral of this story good people is never get involved with a meglomaniac with excessive attention to detail and laser line vision.

Here endeth the lesson for today. Got to go as I've more pennance to do.

Ed

Well you wanted them!

Wolvie is now in the front room playing with his box
it records and does other bits....wonder if it knows how to cook his Christmas dinner

I am not a happy bunny holes drilled in the wrong place, attention to detail not followed thru from Wolvie, last time he
ever organises anything ....bout as much use as a chocolate fireguard.

Roll on next year

Laff! Laff!!!

Our Wolvie is not to be trusted with any diy!
or anyone doing diy!!

We had a fence put up few years back and I knew it was uneven and sloped somewhat
so much so the kids next door used it as a slide!
He only believed me when we got the spirit level on it and it was wayyyyyyyyyyyyy out

:?

It must be great to have a man who is handy round the house
or a woman I aint proud!
or anyone!! cat would do!
