Look like Thomas is born abt 1761 (do not know which county yet) and Sarah born about 1771 in Staffordshire.

They are living on Oakham, Rowley Regis in 1841 with their son Henry,

Thomas Smart bach otp and Sarah Grainger sp otp Witnesses were Joseph Chandler and Eleanor Bent.
