These two threads from Rockyfowler have revealed connections between the two threads in that the John Hill in Tidal Parsons Thread and the John Hill in Stringer and Hill Thread are same but on bcc twice:-

This John Hill is shown as born 1796 (as per 1841 Census) and has children Hannah and Solomon
Hannah went on to marry Benjamin Parsons and Solomon is living with them in 1851
