This is the information I have from 1841 and 1851 census

Plus I found out from a few years of searching for this family and name, some of the time the name was BAUGHAM or BANGHAM

1841 -
Address: Back Lane, Stourbridge
Thomas Baugham - 35
Mary Baugham - 25
William Baugham - 4
Jane Baugham - 3
Thomas Baugham - 1

1851
70 Quarry Bank
Thomas Baugham - 49
Mary Baugham - 37
William Baugham - 13
Jane Baugham - 12
Thomas Baugham - 11
George Baugham - 8
Sarah Baugham - 7
Frank Baugham - 5
Mary Baugham (maybe 17 months)

The other census he is back to being a Bangham. I don't have the RG # with me at the moment but I do have copies of them all.
Thanks for the information about Mary Garbett. I was unsure because while researching on Scotpeople (my husband's family) you can get a lot of information especially on the death records.

According to my information about this family.
William married Hannah Cartwright
Jane married William Grainger
George married Frances Cartwright
I have information on the others as well. I am waiting until after christmas to get the marriage cert. for George, but I think his wife and Hannah may have been sisters.

Well there is food for more thought for us

Sorry life stepped in and I couldn't get back to this.
OK - I do not have confirmation on the parents for William Grainger or Hannah Cartwright, but I do for George's wife Frances Cartwright. I am also unsure that Frances & Hannah are sisters but I am not ruling it out until I have the cert.

Born 1837 William Bangham born 1837 (before gro)
Married - 1857 - Dudley - Dec qtr - 6c 33 Hannah Cartwright

Born 1838 Jane Bangham Stourbridge - Sep qtr - 18 411
Married - 1858 - Dudley - March qtr 6c 35 to William Grainger

Born 1842 George Bangham Stourbridge - Mar qtr - 18 496
Stourbridge Married - 1865 Stourbridge - Dec qtr - 6c 317 Frances Cartwright
I have the marriage cert for these two and Frances' father is Job Cartwright

Born 1849 Mary Garbett Bangham Stourbridge - June qtr - 18 506
Married - 1870 Dudley - Dec qtr - 6c 11 Francis Rhodes
Born 1840 Thomas Bangham Stourbridge - Mar qtr - 18 507 (I lost him after 1861, no death, marriage or census)
Born 1846 Frank bangham Bromsgrove - Mar qtr - 18 204 (this sibling I lost after 1861 no death registered etc.)

I don't have George & Frances cert. with me.

It seems to me the witnesses were a couple with the last name beginning with W could have been Weston or Western.
I will check when I get home tonight. 7 hours from now

The witnesses to George and Frances marriage were
James Weston & Elizabeth Weston
I was just looking at your link peterd and I think this couple might be "Uncle" James Weston born 1836 and his wife Elizabeth Homer
Frances' brother James seems a little young.
