I can see that connection and Selina Parsons is already on bcc born 1850 RR.
The problem with William Hipkiss born 1798 is that there are a lot of William Hipkiss born between 1793 and 1804 but this link is I believe the right one

Archive as I can work from Archive.
I am confident this William Hipkiss and William Hipkiss b.1798 on bcc are same one as other William Hipkiss,s born around same time can be accounted for in marriages to different people.
William Hipkiss born 1801 married an Elizabeth and William Hipkiss born 1799 maqrried a Catherine.
Albert Hipkiss grandson of William was born of Ann Eliza Hipkiss in 1844 and went on to marry a Julia.
