I cant find her on the census's 1891 and 1901 but i did find a marriage Lilian V.Griffiths to a Thomas Hadley 1913 at St.James,Oldbury refnr 14/1/229.

Of the two I can see with a father William, one was born in Bilston, the other in West Bromwich. The second in WB is a Lily, but that's a possible variant I've come across before.

In WB: father William Griffiths, b. 1867 Princes End, mother Polly b. 1872 WB;

In Bilston: father William Griffiths b. 1866 Bilston, mother Florence E. b. 1871 Bilston.

I've just had a look at the 1901 census and I think I may be onto something. There is a Catherine Griffiths there b. Bassford (Bessford?) , Shropshire abt. 1843, her daughter Lilian b. abt 1878 Tipton, Staffordshire, and her granddaughter Lilian b. 1895 West Bromwich, Staffordshire. Lilian the daughter is single. Now if this is the same family, these are they:
