Samuel Round bapt 1st July 1776 Rowley Regis, parents Saml Round and Hannah (IGI extracted)
(not sure of this as in will below Saml senior's wife is Elizabeth)

Probate (26 Jan. 1819) of the will (dated 17 Mar. 1818) of SamuelRound the elder of the parish of Rowley Regis, Staffs., farmer.
Personal estate, implements of husbandry, farming stock etc. and real estate at Portway, parish of Rowley Regis, to children, Joseph Round, SamuelRound and Hannah, wife of Edward Harris, as tenants in common; annuity of £20 to wife, Elizabeth, for life, and furniture for a small house; £50 to grand daughter, Sarah Round, daughter of Joseph (of which £30 comes from her father's interest under this will).

Sorry Kate, the only thing I can add is that there was an Edward Round; Land Tax Occupier Upper Rowley 1781. Which is the right place for Hailstone Farm. Other than that I only have the PR's the same as you do.
