What I did notice regarding - 1901: Jane Ann Smith Visitor 13 Wolverhampton, Staffordshire is that on the preview it gives her age as 43 but I dont know who she is either.

Yeah, Mally, I went and looked on the image of the original and it clearly looks like 13 to me - and this matches her up with Jane Ann Hill on the previous census.
