*Arc tbc* --State Pension
I have a copy of a photograph taken in January 1909 of a group of people outside(possibly the Post Office) in Halesowen. It is in poor condition but I have scanned it and you can see four people quite clearly. They are Richard Coley-Smith, his wife Sarah, her sister Leah Ingram nee Crumpton and her husband John Ingram. They are collecting their first pension. Are you interested?
