then we need to check that marriage
see if one that married Sarah is father Richard or William

cos then why would a Frederick and Sarah be living nextdoor to a Wm and Mary ann
esp if Wm and Mary ann have a Frederick

I am positive wrong marriage and I have Census details to prove it as Richard Parsons born 1858 (married Phoebe Porter) had son Frederick born 1878 who disappears off Census in 1901 when married to Sarah Withers and Frederick son of Mary Ann is still single in 1911 and brothers and sisters tie up
If you wish I can put all Census details on here to prove but the bcc will take some sorting out as a numberr of connections have been made

Unless Fred was away from home on both census's.
