that James and Elizabeth is a different family ? yes?
if so I need to split it from here

that Josiah lee is good and can be entered
and
Sarah has father Richard and mother Sarah

but how do we spell her name
she signed as Jacux

so do we run Jaques
and Jacux
or what?

and who is going to volunteer to enter this...Jimmy ? Jo? anyone......pls?

That 1851 census of Josiah, I think his brother (not boarder) may be 30 not 39. He is shown as married too.
Could somone just check my thoughts please?

I agree it looks like brother, but I think it is 39, if you look at 2 others above, 19 and 29, and other pages the tail of the 9 is hanging below the line, the 0's are on the line.

Have added this, children census and IGI have added to each the surname Jaques and added reason in notes.
