I cant see a Mary Ann Mole in 1841 that fits for the age, so I would go with Fellows, but it might be best to check out both marriages.

HOMER John, FELLOWS Mary A, Wordsley, Holy Trinity, Dudley Register Office 018/003/30.
West Midlands Marriage 1852.
HOMER John, MOLE Mary A, Dudley, St Thomas Dudley, Register Office. 204/012/98.
I have checked both these out for Jimmy and it it the first one as Jimmy suspected
that guy is good!
Johns age matches the census in 1851 and the occup of moulder
I am adding the detail now

Possible For Mary Ann.
1841. Dock Lane, Dudley.
Richard Fellows 36. Whitesmith.
Mary Fellows 36.
George Fellows 13..
Isaac Fellows 12
Hannah Fellows 3.
Joseph Fellows 38.
Ann Fellows 38.
Joseph Fellows 6.
Edwin Fellows 4.
Henry Fellows 2.
Mary Ann Fellows 12.
Thomas Parkes 70. Glassmaker.
on the marriage the wits are Joseph Fellows and Ann Fellows
and Mary Anns father is Joseph Fellows a white smith
so this looks very very much like the correct family
