No Annie, he'd been ill for a couple of years.
I watched Dirty Dancing a number of times with my daughter and likewise with my grandaughter - the music was brilliant too!

I've been meaning to tell you
I've got this feelin that won't subside
I look at you and I fantasize

Now I've got you in my sights

It is sad.
He had Pancreatic cancer for a few years.
I hadnt seen him dancing with his wife before, thanks for that Nl.
Also Keith Floyd died too. I used to love watching his cooking programmes

Its a real sad lose for all us girl's, really loved Dirty Dancing and especially when he got naked in road house, wish my hubby looked like him. Now im gonna have to dream about my hubby looking like Sam Elliot instead.
Patric's wife was his childhood sweety think they had been together since they were 16yrs old.

Re: In Memory of Patrick Swayze...
I thought Patrick Swayze was great as well.
I saw him first in The Outsiders and then i thought he was brilliant as Orrie Main in North and South.
