My name is Amy and I'm an MA student at the University of Leicester in England. I am working on a project for my dissertation to do with the museum's role in assisting in family history research in the UK.
I am very interested, as part of my research, to collect thoughts from the public who do family history research. I would especially like to hear from anyone who has used a UK museum in the past or is currently looking at museums to further their research into their wider family history context. I am hoping the research and direct contact with museums during my dissertation might facilitate easier access for the public in the future.
Your responses would be anonymous. If you are able to assist my research or would like further information on the project could you please email me at akh11@le.ac.uk. Thank you for your time.
