Hi Wendy
I went to Huddersfield archives this morning to try and find your Ernest Cox burial, well there is good news and bad, the bad news is I could not find ernest 's burial , I searched Liversedge cemetery records between July, August Sept, Oct 1912, the same for Heckmondwike and Clecheaton, then I searched the Cleckheaton Gaurdian issue August 2nd 1912 for a death announcement and bingo found a Ernest Cox died the 27th and buried a Liversedge cemetery on the 29th, so got the cemetery records out again but still could not find him , I asked one of the assisants if she would take a look and see if I had missed it and she could not find him, the reel of film was marked un-consecrated and they could not find a consecrated for Liversedge , so not sure if that could be the reason.
If you get in touch with Kirklees Cemetery dept and give them the detail they will tell you the grave number and send you a plan of the cemetery with it marked and then if you would like a phot taking let me know and I will take one.
If you send me a PM with your address I have got a photo copy of the newspaper showing Ernests death.
Annie

A person should have an opinion on everything, It becomes tact whether you reveal that opinion or not.
Hi Peterd & Mallosa thank you , I have been given so much help by you all for my Black Country ancestors and like to help the forum back one way or another even if it is Yorkshire help.
I should have gone to 'spec savers' not finding that burial.
