The Joseph and family Jimmy notes in USA in 1880 is brother of Noah born 1841 as 1880 details tie up with details by James Hicks i.e.
He has children of Joseph Hingley born 1856 ( married to Mary Edwards Asbury born Kent 1846) as :-
Annie Mabel Hingley b.1875 , Hubert Bright Hingley b. 1876 , Ellen Maude Hingley born 1878, Myra Hingley b.1880,Henry William Hingley b.1884, Howard Asbury Hingley b.1886
The first children tie up with 1880 Census and the last ties up with Asbury surname

Nl /Jimmy
I have had a good look at this James Hicks tree on Ancestry and it is one of best researched trees on Ancestry with photos birth and marriage details and even divorce details for Noah and Hannah. He appears to be a descendant of Joseph Hingley who married Mary Edwards Asbury and the Hingley surname is resurrected in later descendants as middle name.
I am trying to make contact with James and have identified sites to him. I have asked him for more details of the James Hingley who he notes as father of Samuel who married Eliza Walker.

NOAH HINGLEY.
HANNAH PARSONS.
Marriage, 05 AUG 1861, Saint Kenelms, Romsley, Worcester.

West Midlands Marriage 1865.
HINGLEY Noah, GOLDING Hannah, Oldswinford, St Mary, Dudley Register Office, 003/008/97.

So we need this one too don't we?
Benjamin HIngley and Rosannah Robinson
09 Feb 1853
St. Thomas, Dudley

need father as Samuel

Is there anyway we can discount one of the marriages for Noah above?
as the St Kenelms one is a send off for the marriage as not at Dudley

I would ignore the Romsley for now and just sort out the others.

A site www.huntingforebears.co.uk has this family with a lot more details and references than James Hicks.
Hannah Golding apparently was married to Unknown Golding before marriage to Noah in 1865 and was born Hannah Adams
This Noah born 1806 then died on 28/3/1873
A lot of references refer to Vicars Notebook and Cradley links

I have ordered that Noah hingley St Kenelms one

this will be a good connection as if we can get father as Samuel on this Noahs and Benjamins marriage we can join up the tree.
and
we can look at adding this Noah Hingley b 1806 as brother of Samuel who married Eliza

does anyone fancy adding what we can of this to the tree.
That marriage for Noah and Hannah Golding is the wrong one as he is b 1806.

Nl,
I have added all the info but put TBC on connections.
From info James Hicks has given I think it is safe to add James as father and all other siblings but I will wait for marriage details.
