Hello, I've joined because I found a link on Black Country Connections and have some marriage details to add to a PEARSON line. Other names in the Black Country are: STICKLEY, EVANS [not sure where he really came from - 'tis an enormous brick wall!], NEALE, ADAMS, HOBBS [seem to have moved in from Somerset], and various marriage links with some of the more famous Black Country names, so lots to look at on the site.
Other main names in other parts of the country are SAUL, JENKINSON, CARTMEL, MANNERS, KNIGHT, ROSE, REDMAN, BULLEN, BARBER, ELLINOR - and others too numerous to mention. I'll just keep looking out for them.
