Yes that is possible the right one, Thomas and Rachel. were probably is Grandparents,

Marriage details dont show a father.
29 Dec 1846 St Johns Halesowen
John Hadley- 19- bach- nailer- Borough- no father on cert
Ann Adams- of full age- spinster- nailer- Borough- William Adams-

1851 as him with wife and kids in Islington.
