Hi All,
Thanks so much for this info it is a great help.
I do however need help on a particular problem.
I am back to Charles Rudge b. 1806 who married 23/5/1825 Sarah White b. 1806 = son William Parsons b. 1841 but also
Daniel Parsons b. 1806 who married 19/5/1825 Sarah White b. 1809 = Daughter Martha Rudge b. 1843
William Parsons and Martha Rudge Married 13/10/1863
Surely they both can't have a mother with the same name born within 3yrs of each other and married within a week of each other??
Which one is right? or are they both right and it is just coincidence?
Hope you can help
Sally

Hi Sally, Charles Rudge and Sarah White Married 1825 Halesowen whilst Daniel Parsons and Sarah White Married 1825 St Thomas Dudley, so cannot be the same Sarah :!: There were a lot of Sarah Whites, a very common name. However how does Henry Rudge born Ludlow 1829 fit in with Charles Rudge born Halesowen 1806 :?:

Hi again Sally, just found that another respected researcher has Sarah White born 1806 Halesowen who Married Daniel Parsons was the daughter of William White and Sarah Chandler.

I think Sarah born about 1809 Halesowen was the one who Married Charles Rudge, she was the daughter of Richard White and Martha Cole. Best Wishes from Linell.
