Its Mary bailey/Evans Parents Benjamin Bayley & Eliza.

Looks like Eiza was married before Benjamin Bayley

Thomas Evans is son in law
Mary Evans Thomas's wife & is Benjamins daughter

So who is William in 1881 census with Eliza?

I have no idea, no marriage found.

The witness' on Elizas marriage to Benjamin were married, John Wire and Sarah Richards. We're Sarah and Eliza related?
