National Trust where is your best place to visit

Post by Northern Lass »

I was wondering what are your favourite National Trust places to visit.
After some ideas of places to visit.

Recently done Moseley Old Hall West Mids which was interesting, the guides were very knowledgeable the
only downside for me is they have got rid of the shop it is just a second hand book shop now.
But a good day out nevertheless.

Also Benthall Hall in Shropshire which again the tour guides were excellent.
Nice grounds, no shop.

Any ideas of where to visit?

I've not been to any recently, but friends & relatives like Arley Arboretum, Shugborough hall few more but can't think of their names.
Maybe look on line for some inspiration.
