I've looked at marriage again incase I'd written wrong father but no it's John Powell

Hi, I'm not sure my post was very clear with my findings.

In your opening post you quote ref dq 1847 17 292 Wolverhampton. This is not the birth ref of the John Powell baptised 3.2.1848 with parents William and Mary Ann--FORGET all about William and Mary Ann.
