We own that too. It was used as a back up years ago.

I have emailed again from the website and also from the hotmail account.

Today's email...
It has been a week now since administrators and myself as owner of Black Country Connections have been able to access our tree.
I have sent numerous emails asking for help and I have had no reply!
As loyal paying customers for 17 years I would appreciate any help you can give please.
It is totally unacceptable to have no communication at all!
Please address this situation!

I am a long term member of Which who have over the years had many articles about Genealogy and such sites as Ancestry and Find My Past and accessibility to records. I could raise question with them

I looked on LinkedIn and it says only 2 employees based in California, sorry to say but I don't think you will have chance of resolving this issue. With the fires that are raging now that reduces the chances even more.

Internet Archive states bcctribal pages.11.2007 has been saved 55 times between 19.11.2008 and 10.9.2024 . Probably need an expert to retrieve from whoever saved and place in new website

Is that the way back machine mumbles?
I have been going on it to see if I could log in there!
I usually back up and save the tree each morning.
The first problem was when I went on, it had changed to, Private, so not custom as it is usually set.
I changed that back and all was ok.
Next day ok.
Following day, I couldn't log in, nor could anyone else.
An X appeared in the address bar if I searched for our tree and clicked the link.
If I look at the account, it only shows BCC2 and the new test one I was doing to try and upload the tree, that wouldn't upload.

Today, trying to log into that tree with X in it says,
The emailis not that of this site's administrator.

and now, I have just seen this

I can't see where that is on my browser?
