Laura married a second time to a Charles Henry Davis and I have added marriage and Census

Harry Hackett son of James Hackett and Laura Allen
married an Ada Dolan and they had 3 children

one is still living and was friend of mine at school . His wife has put Tree on Ancestry with different parents for Harry Hackett who married Ada Dolan but I think I am right as dob at 21/4/1904 ties up with GRO record HACKETT, HARRY ALLEN

On 1921 Census the Harry Hackett son of Laura Allen is 17 years and two months with census date 19/6/1921 .
this is about right for Harry or Henry Hackett on 1939 Register with wife Ada Hackett nee Dolan

I have found two trees on Ancestry who have selected the alternative Harry Hackett born Wednesbury Staffs. but I think they are wrong as Wednesbury and Darlaston do not tie up with the Blackheath and Hurst Green addresses of what I think is correct family
