Ancestry ThruLines DNA accuracy

Post by DownTownGirl »

Hi I hope this is the correct forum to ask about Ancestry ThruLines DNA if not very sorry but please point me in the right direction

I have a DNA showing my 3 x Gt Grandmother’s mother my 4xGt Grandmother

Is this a reliable source ?

If so my 4 x Gt Gran is on BCC twice

If this is not a reliable source of information- it’s back to the drawing board

Thank you

DTG

its a good indication but not a 100% as i have a 2nd cousins who illegitimate, shows up as my 4th to 6th cousin through thur lines only because she has her tree wrong and at 235 cm match this would be impossible, look at the shared matches see if you can trace through
A person should have an opinion on everything, It becomes tact whether you reveal that opinion or not.
