is I believe this Henry Parsons son of Aquilla Parsons and Mary Windsor

Henry is not noted on BCC despite being on 1851 Census
1851 Census Lilley Pot Row Rowley Regis Dudley Staffs.
Ann Windsor Head 55. Widow. Pauper born Cradley Worcs.

James Windsor son 26 Nail Forger
Phoebe Windsor dau 23 Nail Forger
Henry Windsor son 16 Nail Forger
Aquilla Parsons inmate 24 (m) Miner

Other validation is that on Census records he is shown as living with Uncles James and Henry Windsor in 1861 and 1881

That looks possible
Though if his father was Ehud Smith on his marriage certificate, then he should probably not be linked to Aquilla, just Mary?

I think it is right as Henry Windsor born 1834 and his brother James Windsor born 1836 are in same house as Henry Windsor born 1849 and latter is shown as Nephew
