Hi please can someone help me to read the placename in the attached png file.
It has been incorrectly listed as Cummviston (which does not exist). It s a placename in Cumberland I just cannot find anything that is a close match.
The source document is the 1851 Census for an ancestor of mine William Atkinson and shows him living with his daughter Grace who was born in Maryport.
