I think his father is Joseph Hall and mother Elizabeth Parsons but this info came from someone else
and I have no access to census .

If so I was hoping that I can link Elizabeth to the Parsons mumbles has put on.
I have her parents as John Parsons and Mary Morrall ...again not my research but info I have been given.
