Yes I think so cos John died in 1842 and William died in 1852

that all fits with 1851 Census, William is with his brother Thomas

1851. Woodsetton, Sedgley.
Thomas King 61. Farmer of 66 acres employing 10 labourers. Sedgley.
William King 70. Brother. Landed proprietor. Sedgley.
Samuel Hart 31. Servant.
Ann Smith 39. Servant.
Hannah Rowley 32. Servant.
Sarah Osborn 88. Servant.
